[job_card.job_description]Full & Part Time Positions available Welcome and greet customers as they enter the studio, provide assistance, and answer any inquiries they may have. Actively contributing to our Social Media platforms, including, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Promote and sell HOTWORX memberships, packages, and retail products to potential and existing customers through effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Assist customers in selecting appropriate IR training programs based on their fitness goals, abilities, and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that the studio is presentable at all times. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of HOTWORX products and services. Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales goals, customer retention goals, and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Conduct studio tours for potential customers, showcasing the benefits of HOTWORX workouts and the boutique style fitness studio. Proactively follow up with customers to build relationships, provide assistance, and encourage their fitness journey. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, inputting customer data, and processing transactions accurately. Mon-Thurs : 11am-8pm Friday : 9am-6pm Saturday : 11am-4pm Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; we will provide comprehensive training. Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to connect with customers and build rapport. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends. Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
