Data Entry Specialist - Bluetick

What You'll Do :

In this role, you will learn our databases, enter information accurately, and build strong relationships with our clients and field agents by answering questions and providing detailed account information.

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain information across multiple systems and platforms.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy before input.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or gather missing details.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support the Bluetick Team with other administrative or operational tasks as needed.

The starting pay for this position is $15.75 / hr

Experience and Skills :

What we are looking for :

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially with MS Office and data systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required were willing to train the right candidate!

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete and pass pre-employment screening
• Ability to sit for long periods of time, and walk / stand regularly
• Ability to lift 1-15 pounds and perform physical tasks (e.g., stooping, bending, kneeling)
