Job Summary
We are now hiring a Supply Chain Assistant in Durham, NC. Join us in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products across our global supply chain and internal day-to-day operations, including sorting and inventory control. This role supports the implementation and monitoring of supply chain strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Schedule: st shift: : AM - : PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Understand manufacturing supply chain processes and requirements for sorting products and staging orders for delivery to the production line.
- Assist in planning physical inventory.
- Communicate and resolve supply chain issues with internal product lines.
- Exercise overall ownership of managed accounts, acting as a bridge among customers, factory, R&D, support, and suppliers.
- Oversee production and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely deliveries.
- Perform material RMA to return defective materials to suppliers and assist with entering work orders for the production line.
- Plan required materials and purchase quantities to fulfill service line demand. Submit work orders.
- Utilize SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office , and internal systems to ensure materials meet specifications, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both collaboratively on a team and independently on multiple high-priority projects.
- Exhibit critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and expedite material issues/products to the production floor.
- Track effective inventory transaction management (in/out).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, information technology, marketing, or a related field.
