[job_card.job_description]High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required A minimum of 2 years of focused on consumer loan title processing experience required At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail Prioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needs Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work flexible hours as needed Ability to multi-task in other areas of the unit Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team Positive attitude and team-oriented Ability to function in changing environment
Job Description :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review all assigned Title applications submitted to ensure completion of all required data
- Review all dealer documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to funding any new loans / letters of credit
- Handle and resolve all incoming inquiries and escalation issues courteously and professionally
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products and services
- Interact with governmental agencies, dealerships, credit union partners assisting them with error resolutions, lien perfections and general title questions
