REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. The firm is especially interested in candidates who can draft, file, and prosecute patent applications related to graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. JD, active bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the candidate intends to practice, and admission to the USPTO are required.
