Who We Are Looking For:

• Graduates of an accredited nursing program.
• Eligible to practice based on the determination of the State Board of Nursing.
• Less than one year of experience working as a registered nurse (RN).

Pay Information:

Competitive hourly pay range of $30.96 to $49.54, based on experience and qualifications.

Your Role:

As an entry-level Nurse, you'll be an energetic participant in our Nurse Residency Program. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor, you'll provide high-quality patient care while adhering to professional standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing patient education plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals on care delivery.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• No prior nursing experience is required.

Certification Requirements:

• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
• Must obtain Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within a specified timeframe, depending on state regulations.

Your Work Schedule:

Starting with a flexible variable shift, we offer the opportunity to work 36 hours per week with the potential for growth and development within the organization.
