About the Role
As an Enterprise Architect you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-enabled solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective buyers, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how Workday AI solutions deliver value.
Responsibilities Include:
Translating technical concepts: You'll communicate how Workday's AI-powered solution delivers value-driven business results!
Crafting compelling narratives: You'll develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Workday's technology.
Solution Architecture: Develop and present comprehensive solutions for demonstration that incorporate AI (Agents, Generative, LLM, etc.), integration methodologies, reporting and analytics.
Leading Voice: Staying informed about AI and technology advancements and contribute as a subject matter expert to initiatives such as webinars.
About You

We are looking for someone with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and proven success in leading value-centric technical discussions with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business partners to communicate AI vision, strategy and importance of Responsible AI.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience applying AI as a business solution with concepts such as Agents, LLMs, machine learning and natural language processing.
3+ years professional experience in an Information Technology-related field.
1+ years of experience in a role that includes delivering compelling presentations in person and online meetings.
Other Qualifications:
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data security, reporting, and integration standards.
Understanding of AI Ops / CloudOps
Knowledge of Workday application and technical architecture is helpful. Experience with Human Capital Management or Financial applications is preferred.
Strong value selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate value propositions, and build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Proven objection handling skills, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively and persuasively to improve satisfaction and drive sales conversion.
Strong product demonstration skills, with the ability to effectively showcase product features and benefits through engaging presentations and interactive demonstrations.
Industry experience in State & Local or Higher Education preferred but not required.
