Responsibilities :

The Program Manager will support Barrow Wise's State of Illinois project and perform the following duties :

• Perform program management oversight for the CCWIS program, including all PMO vendor Project Managers and Business Analysts
• Make daily project decisions as needed and escalate issues to the project executive or designee.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule, and decision, risk and issue logs
• Ensure all internal project communications and reporting is occurring.
• Develop and maintain, in collaboration with the State and other vendors, the Master PMP
• Develop and maintain, in consultation with the State and other vendors, the Integrated Schedule
• Ensure all vendors, and the State, are abiding by the Integrated Schedule and notify the State immediately of deviations that comprise the CCWIS Implementation
• Provide a complete and thorough review of project deliverables and ensure review and approval milestones are met
• Perform other duties as assigned
