Inclusive of tips, earn up to $12 - $15 per hour (depending on day of week / shift)

As a server you will have the opportunity to lead our guests through their IHOP experience with top notch service, menu knowledge and the highest level of hospitality.

Our servers are the face of the IHOP brand so those with a knack for a smile on their face and a genuine care for the wellbeing of our guests will excel at this position.

A qualified applicant believes in showing up to work on time, well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work! They must be work well with others, be self-motivated, reliable and have a strong work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Expediting all orders
  • Comply to standards in regard to guest checks and cash control
  • Handle guest complaints, always looking to resolve problems quickly
  • Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service and dining areas
  • Perform cleaning duties, such as helping to clear and set tables
