Position Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Primary Care Pediatrician to join our team of dedicated providers. The Physician will be located at our Falls Church office. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the health and well-being of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, including well-child visits, acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Counsel patients and families on health, growth and development, and disease prevention.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice-wide improvements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned (if applicable).
