Key Responsibilities
Draft, post, and manage job descriptions with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team
Screen and triage incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy
Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech company
