Are you the kind of teammate who communicates clearly and keeps the workspace tidy? Operate manual machine tools to manufacture components to spec Read and apply technical drawings and specifications accurately Perform routine care on equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting Work closely with others to meet production goals and timing Help with in-process quality checks to maintain standards Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized cell Basic manual machining know-how and familiarity with shop tooling Exposure to punch presses or laser punch presses is advantageous Strong attention to detail and quality Team-oriented approach and good communication skills Willingness to learn and take direction High school diploma or equivalent preferred Mechanical assembly Manual machining CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) Press Brake
