JD- An SAP S/HANA Service Techno-Functional Consultant develops and implements technical solutions for the SAP Service module, translating business requirements into functional SAP S/HANA solutions. Key responsibilities include ABAP for custom enhancements, CDS Views, OData Services; debugging and performance tuning; supporting system integration and upgrades; and creating technical documentation.

· Technical Design & Development:

· Design and implement ABAP programs, custom developments (user exits, BAPIs, BADIs), and S/HANA solutions.

· Develop CDS views for data modeling and AMDPs for performance optimization.

· Create OData services for seamless data exchange with other SAP and external systems.

· System Integration:

· Provide hands-on support for SAP S/HANA Sales and Service modules

· Support end-to-end integration between S/HANA and SAP Sales & Service Cloud or other applications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the service modules.

· Testing: Develop and execute test scripts for unit, system integration to validate the configured solutions.

· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, business processes, and support procedures.

· Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system issues.

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
