A company is looking for a Sr Manager Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and optimize the customer experience to achieve cost management and contract modifications
Lead Services in the CALA North Sales Hub and ensure customer needs are met, providing guidance on necessary modifications
Interface with various internal teams to ensure project deliverables and financial targets are met, while supporting pre-sales activities as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
8-10 years of related experience, with a proven success in customer-facing roles
Strong technical knowledge of networking, security, and large-scale procurement
Skilled in organizational leadership, financial management, and contract negotiation
PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications preferred; security clearance may be required
