Average Starting Hourly Pay Range $15.50 - $25.00 Depending on Experience

Day Shift Monday - Friday 6 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm

16% Night Shift Premium Available Monday - Thursday 5 : 00 pm - 5 : 30 am

PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered on the first day of the next month after hire, 401(K) after 6 months

Overview : As a Fabricator I, II, or III for Keel Midwest, you will be responsible for fabricating steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel products, either under the supervision of a Team Leader or a Level III Fabricator if hired as Level I or II. On-the-job training is provided as necessary.

Job Functions (All levels) :

• Flame cutting, beveling, pre- and tack-welding, grinding, straightening, bracing, and building basic fabrications to print using a fixture or where minimal or no machine stock is required.

Work Environment : Typical shop floor environment with frequent exposure to high heat, smoke, and other debris, with occasional exposure to extreme conditions depending on weather conditions.

Physical Demands : Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and twisting, with handling of moderate to heavy components - up to 50 lbs without mechanical assistance.
