Our agency opened in 2022 and has experienced tremendous growth every year and were just getting started. Ive been with State Farm since 2015 and have spent the past decade building a career centered around helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of MinnesotaTwin Cities, Im passionate about serving our community and creating opportunities for others to grow personally and professionally.

Our team is currently small but mighty, with two full-time members and one part-time intern, and were looking to expand. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Theisen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
