Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Healthcare Professional to join our team. This role requires various health and professional documentation for onboarding including but not limited to health history, competency testing, and several professional forms. The ideal candidate will adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Completion of required health screenings and vaccinations.
• Adherence to the Trinity Code of Conduct.
• Participation in competency testing specific to the specialty.
• Fulfillment of all onboarding and compliance documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• License/Certificate Verification
• Completion of health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, COVID-19 Vaccine, and annual Influenza Vaccine.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check and Education Verification.
• Competency in Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
