As the Director of Medical-Surgical Services, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing performance and results across multiple sites. You will foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to support facility objectives. Location : Fredericksburg, VA

Compensation : $110K-$176K plus bonus incentive based on experience

Schedule : Full-Time, No Weekends

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years' Director experience in an acute care setting, Med-Surg preferred.
• Will consider Nurse Managers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Active RN License or compact license required.
