As a Front Desk Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and team members, supporting a welcoming arrival experience while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will manage access control, verify credentials, monitor cameras and alarms, log activity, and communicate clearly with operations and supervisors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and access control requirements at the front desk.
• Screen and process visitors, vendors, and drivers by verifying identification, issuing badges, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating with internal contacts for approvals.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving alarms or calls for assistance and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services per post orders.
• Monitor entry points and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and communications equipment, and document unusual activity in shift reports.
• Support distribution and logistics operations by coordinating check-in and directions for deliveries and pickups, managing keys or access cards, and helping to maintain orderly lobby and dock office traffic.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
