Main Responsibilities

As a software development engineer, you will participate in design activities and build the foundation for API management and a portfolio of services across Cloud and in-house developed applications using Enterprise Integration and API platforms.

Design Technical / Integration Architectures, including development, runtime, and operations architectures.

Define solutions using Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns, automating business process models, an API-enabled gateway, and multi / hybrid cloud-based services.

Define and provide integrated solutions by applying delivery methodologies, including Agile and Model-Driven techniques.

Assess business problems, system needs, and the external system interfaces.

Participate in large-group, coordinated planning sessions and provide effort estimates and timeline commitments.

Maintain modern knowledge of current and new technologies, industry trends, and standards.

Collaborate with other developers, technical leads, and Architects spanning their respective areas and resolve technological disagreement with informed, rational, and collaborative solutions

May work on logical and physical database designs for the given project where applicable.

Develop and implement enterprise-class security systems for production environments in both on-prem and cloud-based systems

Use current programming language and technologies to write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications

Proficiency in CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
