A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and update content for identity and network access management products.
Key Responsibilities
Gather information from stakeholders to create customer-ready content
Create and update articles to reflect the latest features and improve content freshness and SEO
Author documentation, validate configurations, and respond to reviewer feedback
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of technical writing experience, particularly in creating IT pro content
Familiarity with the Security, Compliance, and Identity Cloud space is a bonus
Experience with AI tools is preferred
Familiarity with markdown and GitHub is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, or Computer Science
