Job Description

We are currently seeking a warm, caring, and enthusiastic House Manager who is exceptionally baby and kid-friendly to join a lovely family. As a House Manager and Childcare Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall household management while working closely with the hands-on mom to ensure the best care for their two little ones, a toddler and a newborn.

Responsibilities:

Childcare Support: Working side by side with the mom, you will actively engage with the children, fostering imaginative play, engaging in educational activities, and being involved in their daily routines, including diapering for the infant and potty visits for the toddler.

Household Management: Your primary responsibility will be to manage the household smoothly, which includes picking up after playtime, running laundry, and preparing/cleaning up meals for the toddler and the family.

Meal Preparation: You will assist in preparing nutritious meals for the toddler and the whole family, ensuring that dietary needs are met while considering any preferences or allergies.

Playful Interaction: They encourage an interactive and playful approach with the children. Dressing up in costumes and engaging in fun games that the kids enjoy will be an essential aspect of the role.

Communication and Reading: Constantly interacting with the children through communication, talking, and reading books will help create a stimulating and learning-rich environment.

Household Coordination: Working as a right-hand person to the mom, you will coordinate and ensure the smooth functioning of the household, anticipate needs, and address any concerns promptly.

Partner with the Family: They are looking for someone who embraces the role of a family partner. Establishing a positive and nurturing relationship with the children and the parents is essential to their family dynamic.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in childcare or house management is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to interact with and care for children of different ages.

Proactive and Hands-On: They seek an individual who takes initiative and doesn’t require constant direction, someone who is proactive in organizing tasks and finding creative solutions.

Enthusiastic and Playful: An enthusiastic and playful personality, willing to dress up and engage in imaginative play with the children.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential to connect with the children and maintain open communication with the parents.
