Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in HR recruiting to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a contract to permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition efforts and administrative support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide attentive support to clients and candidates.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with precision and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize e-recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Research and analyze market trends to provide insights into hiring practices and salary benchmarks.
  • Coordinate and assist with interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Act as a candidate advocate, promoting their skills and qualifications to potential employers.
  • Provide guidance to candidates on interview preparation and salary negotiation.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing the front desk operations.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in administrative assistance, preferably in HR or recruitment.
    • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing client communication.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data entry and record-keeping.
    • Familiarity with e-recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.
    • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
    • Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights into hiring trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to advocate for candidates and liaise with hiring teams.
    • Experience in receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations.
