Position: Warehouse Clerk

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Hours: Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm

Location: San Marcos, CA

As a Warehouse Clerk you are responsible for receiving products from our shipping department and transferring them into the stockroom. The Warehouse Clerk must ensure that all products remain in good condition when packed and keep the warehouse operating efficiently at all times. In addition you are responsible for pulling work orders for production, pulling distribution sales orders for shipping, transporting material and reporting required information to all departments.

Warehouse Clerk Criteria For Success:

• Computer knowledge
• Forklift Experience
• Communicate effectively with all Co-workers
• 3-5 years Receiving & inventory experience
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate the successful completion of multiple projects at the same time

Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all material is issued to job in a timely manner
• Review incoming shipments and compare packing slips to PO's to ensure that the correct material & quantity have been received as well as overall condition
• Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory counts
• Kit work orders / for production to release work orders and execute
• Return material to inventory from work orders when jobs are complete by reconciling work orders

You will collaborate with personnel to perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts and notify team members of product shortages. In addition you will actively participate with the Manufacturing Team on improvements to inventory procedures.
