Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in respiratory care
License: NH state license required
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, CRTT, RRT preferred

Must-Have:
- Epic charting experience
- Experience in adult critical care and trauma
- Experience in airway management, medication administration, and mechanical ventilation

Description:
RRT to work nights from 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM.
36 hours accepted.
Every other weekend is required.
No call is required.
This is an acute care community hospital setting with 300 beds.
The position includes working in the emergency room, adult medical/surgical units, and respiratory therapy driven protocols.
Responsibilities include administering nebulizer treatments, high-flow oxygen, non-invasive ventilation, cough assist, and intrapulmonary percussive ventilation.
Assisting with intubations and bronchoscopy, as well as mechanical ventilation and the in-house transport of mechanically ventilated patients, is expected.
Pediatrics in the emergency room and pediatrics are only included if demonstrated competency.
Continuous albuterol therapy will be provided, but not used in a level 3 NICU.
The patient age group ranges from infants to geriatrics, with a requirement for neonate experience preferred.
Previous experiences in trauma, community hospital settings, and adult ICUs are required.
Experience in level I trauma or teaching hospitals is preferred.
Working knowledge of medical equipment such as Puritan Bennett, Draeger, and Servo is preferred.
Travelers will not be considered if they have ever been a former employee at any associated facility, regardless of the length of separation or duration of employment.
