Claims Supervisor

A company is looking for a Claims Team Leader to oversee claims processing operations and lead a team of Reimbursement Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reimbursement Specialists, ensuring strong performance and accountability

Oversee daily claims processing activities to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with standards

Manage outsourced claims processing vendors to ensure alignment with internal standards and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in claims processing or reimbursement operations, preferably in benefits administration or healthcare

Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role with the ability to develop teams

Strong understanding of claims adjudication and IRS regulations

Experience managing outsourced vendors or offshore teams

Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting with strong analytical skills
