Job Title : Assembler

Job Duties :

• Conduct product assemblies, with use of hand tools, following blueprints and ensuring quality standards with the use of microscope.
• Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
• Successfully complete training on production tasks.
• Understand travelers / routers, how to identify materials, use a microscope and use production / inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds.
• Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s).
• Work directly with the Engineers / Supervisors ensuring product integrity / quality is met at all times
• Work with Engineers to develop process documentation.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Operate tools & equipment, and complete documentation as required.
• Other duties as assigned. Receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr.
