Texas Licensed Personal Lines Manager

A company is looking for an Affluent Personal Lines Account Manager for a hybrid or remote position based in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts for assigned accounts, leading client meetings

Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors

Create and maintain client files and policy records in accordance with office procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in High-Net-Worth personal insurance service

Active P&C Insurance License required upon hire

Experience with EPIC or other agency management systems

Understanding of high-level and high-touch points in client management

Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required along with insurance industry training
