Job Title :  Foreclosure Processor (Sales)

Location :  Phoenix, AZ

Pay : $19 - $22 / hourly

Position Overview :

The Foreclosure Processor will manage high-volume foreclosure accounts, utilizing vendor-related software daily. This self-directed role requires attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review accounts in foreclosure, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Conduct audits for bid accuracy and foreclosure fee calculations
• Verify documentation and property readiness for sale
• Process foreclosure postponements and complete SCRA searches
• Ensure timely task completion and adherence to company guidelines
