Make a Difference

The Web Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining web properties that are user‑friendly, secure, and optimized for peak performance. This role combines technical expertise with creative problem‑solving to deliver seamless digital experiences that support business goals. The developer will work across both front‑end and back‑end functions, collaborating closely with designers, content teams, and key stakeholders to ensure all sites align with brand standards, meet functional requirements, and provide exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities :

• Website Development & Maintenance : Build and maintain Drupal‑based websites using clean, modular, and maintainable code. Perform both front‑end and back‑end development tasks, including theming, module configuration, and light custom module development.
• AI Tool Integration : Support integration of AI tools into Drupal workflows to enhance capabilities such as content generation, personalization, and search optimization.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance : Work closely with designers, senior developers, and project managers to deliver high‑quality digital solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and agile / sprint working sessions.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
