A company is looking for a Calendar Clerk to manage legal calendars and ensure compliance with court procedures remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance of the office's docket and calendar system for accurate scheduling of legal deadlines and court appearances

Retrieve filing information from court clerks and online docket systems to keep records current

Generate and distribute updated master calendar reports to attorneys and legal staff regularly

Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in litigation calendaring and docketing within federal and state court systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and docketing software like CompuLaw or similar tools

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work a Pacific Time Zone schedule (8am-5pm)
