Telecom Engineering Program Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Program Manager - Telecom.

Key Responsibilities

Define and track KPIs, program scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics

Provide clear status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders

Act as the primary interface between engineering and construction to ensure proper handoffs

Required Qualifications

Experience in OSP / ISP design, fiber network planning, or wireless infrastructure design

Technical knowledge of network fundamentals (wired / wireless) and telecom design processes

Proficiency in GIS software (IQGEO specific) and estimating tools

Ability to analyze RFPs and identify design-specific risks

Experience in project management and coordination with internal and external teams
