Stockwell Engineers is a full-service engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying firm with over 40 years of experience serving communities across the region. We are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to join our growing team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
This role is ideal for a skilled technician with a strong background in CAD drafting who is ready to contribute to a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to support impactful work across the Midwest, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Civil Engineering Technician, you'll support our engineering and surveying staff by preparing technical plans and documentation, including :
- Conceptual and preliminary designs
- Plan and profile sheets for street, sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer projects
- Grading and erosion control plans
- Site layouts and cross sections
- Detail drawings and topographic surveys
- Boundary surveys and plats
