divh2Training Curriculum Developer / h2pValkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Training Curriculum Developer in Virginia Beach, VA. This position is to provide Training Curriculum Development support for modernization and upgrade initiatives for Sensor Distribution Systems (SDS) onboard Navy ships. / ppDevelop, review, update, and maintain Navy Training System Plans (NTSP), Computer Base Training (CBT), Lesson Plans, Training Guides, and other training materials and planning documentation for the execution of Navy training requirements. / ppDevelop Computer Based Training (CBT) hosted on Navy e-Learning. / ppAssist in defining training requirements and associated support strategies for systems and equipment. / ppReview and evaluate training strategies / plans, training assessments, integrated learning environment, web-base training, and embedded training. / ppReview and updated Learning Management System (LMS) and non-LMS CBT files, Storyboards, Data Maps, and other applicable training documentation for technical refreshes. / ppMust have a High School Diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience. / ppMust have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (I.e., Project and Excel). / ppMust have 5 years of experience with CBT development. / ppMust have 5 years of experience with NTSP. / ppExperience in Technical Writing for Naval Systems, preferred. / ppExperience with Model Base Product Support (MBPS), preferred. / ppExperience with utilizing Navy Data Environment (NDE) with various modules, preferred. / ppExperience with OPNAVINST 1500.76 Naval Training Systems Requirements, preferred. / ppMust have an Active DoD Secret Security clearance, and the ability to maintain clearance. / ppMust maintain clearance eligibility to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards. / ppLess than 10%. If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities / military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. / ppMust be able to work in an office, industrial, or shipboard environment. / ppBe able to lift and move materials not to exceed the guidelines set for one-man lift. / ppMust be able to perform site surveys and carry a laptop computer. / ppValkyrie strictly adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
