You Are :

  • A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

    • You Have :

  • Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV / LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough / Trim / Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

    • Your Location :

  • Our Office : 925 W 100 N # E, North Salt Lake, UT 84054
  • Your Projects : High-End Homes in Salt Lake City, Park City, and surrounding areas.

    • Your Schedule :

  • Full Time (40hrs / Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
  • Mon-Fri from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

    • Your Contribution to SOLUS :

  • Primary Point of Contact : Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
  • Scope of Work : Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
  • Project Timeline / Scheduling : Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
  • Project Profitability : Keep actual hours at / below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
  • Work Orders : Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
  • Quality Control : Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
  • Plan sets / Blueprints : Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
  • Change Orders : Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
  • Environment : Work on construction sites with situational awareness
  • Experience with Lutron Lighting Control (RA3 / QSX) and Motorized Shades PREFERRED
