Leadership is Clinically focused and has over twenty years of mental health experience on average. Preferred Scheduling Partnership with key insurance companies - Automatic case load verses needing to ramp up over time. All notes are completed collaboratively during sessions, eliminating long hours of paperwork. Inclusivity & Support : We welcome people from all walks of life and foster lasting professional relationships. Opportunities for continued learning through in-house training, CEU opportunities, and both in-person and virtual events. Provide individual therapy sessions with a caseload of 30 clients or more weekly (part-time options available) Document individual progress and adjust client treatment plans as needed Utilize various clinical approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, etc.

Qualifications
We look for applicants with appropriate CA state licensure. An active, current CA license is required – we do not accept associates or interns. Applicants must reside primarily in California.

What Your Day Will Look Like
Client Population
At CFND, we receive referrals for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. If you are passionate about working with a specific population, our scheduling department will ensure that each client is placed according to your clinical scope.
Compensation
Salaried W2 position. Annualized salary ranges from $75K for part-time to $160K+ for full-time, depending on hours worked per week.
