Job Description

Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Resolve project issues and provide solutions to maintain progress. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management. Oversee procurement of materials and manage project documentation. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Healthcare Construction Project Manager should have :

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
