Security Analyst

A company is looking for a Security Analyst who responds to and triages security alerts, investigates incidents, and supports security process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an Incident Response team member, responding to alerts during and after business hours

Conduct proactive threat hunting and analyze malicious emails using security tools

Document findings and collaborate with technology teams to remediate security vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science & Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience

At least three years of experience in technical security-related work

Strong experience in Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID

Knowledge of network security controls, protocols, and vulnerability management

Familiarity with compliance environments such as HIPAA and SOC 2
