Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer with strong front-end and ServiceNow platform expertise to design, develop, and optimize interactive and user-friendly Service Portals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX design, custom widget development, and API integrations to deliver seamless digital experiences on the ServiceNow platform.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring intuitive and user-centric interfaces.
• Build, customize, and enhance widgets using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Implement and integrate APIs for seamless interaction between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Optimize portal performance, responsiveness, and functionality.
• Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, and business rules supporting the portal experience.
• Troubleshoot portal-related issues, ensuring stability, usability, and scalability.
• Adhere to ServiceNow best practices for code, configuration, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Service Portal design and customization.
• Strong expertise in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience developing custom widgets and handling complex UX/UI scenarios.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including workflows, catalog items, and client/server scripts.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) within ServiceNow.
• Ability to optimize user experience and ensure high portal performance and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with AngularJS or modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules in ServiceNow.
