Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our data analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee the development of mission-critical data analysis solutions for Next Generation Electronic Warfare Systems Products and Solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute data analytics strategies to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decision-making
• Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists in designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining data analytics solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, create clear problem definitions, and develop data-driven solutions
• Lead a team to design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with data stakeholders, including data providers, data consumers, and external partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and make recommendations for adoption
• Manage and optimize data analytics workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational data policies and procedures
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential and advance in their careers
• Manage projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Foster a culture of transparency, ensuring that all team members have visibility into project goals, objectives, and outcomes
• Promote accountability, holding team members responsible for their actions and decisions
• Ensure that all development activities are properly documented and archived, upholding the principle of posterity
• Cultivate creative problem-solving skills, promoting experimentation, and exploring novel approaches to address complex challenges

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $130,355 - $221,603
