Travel L&D RN is needed to start ASAP for 13 weeks in a Hospital located in Texas. Circulating for C / Sections, BTLs, D&Cs, Epidural initiation & care of. NRP and BCLS required. Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course or the Health stream Advanced FMC (current within the past 2 years). Knowledge in caring for Ante partum patients, Administration, monitoring and management of patients receiving Pitocin, Cytotec, Magnesium Sulfate, Recovery of patient post-op, post SVD, Care of patients with PIH, abruptio placenta, PTL, Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes, vacuum extraction, forceps delivery, emergency situations & deliveries, internal monitor / lead connection & calibration, perineal, abdominal prep, multiple gestation, malpresentation, preeclampsia, apgar scoring, cord blood gas collection. Computer documentation experience preferred. Assist with VD, Assist with placement of IUPC & interpretation of MVUs, Assist with high risk patients / deliveries, Sterile vaginal exams, Insertion of foley catheters.
