Job Description

Manage all MEP activities on-site for major technical projects.

Coordinate with trade partners, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of systems.

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP components.

Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Provide technical expertise and resolve field issues promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling MEP Superintendent should have :

• 5+ years of experience as an MEP Superintendent on large commercial projects ($100M+).
• Strong background in technical sectors (aviation, life sciences, data centers).
• Deep understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
