Overview

We're searching for a Manager, Marketing Strategy & Premium Video (MSPV) to join our Miami Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute innovative digital marketing campaigns and ensure the success of our artists' and labels' music video releases on YouTube. As a manager of our MSPV department, you'll coordinate and oversee the distribution and optimization of music videos and YouTube channels. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our music company by aiding in the creation of effective digital marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, monitoring analytics and performance, creating reports, creating and optimizing digital content, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

What You'll Do

• Office-first role, in office 4 days a week
• Execute digital marketing strategies to increase views, streams and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and stay updated on digital marketing trends. Support and optimize YouTube channels and music videos for artists and labels.
• Develop and implement strategies for music video releases and audience engagement.
• Curate playlists and collaborate with artists, managers, and labels to promote new releases.
• Manage and analyze campaign performance, creating reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize digital content, including videos, graphics, and written materials.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and assist with monthly accounting and reporting processes.
