Our client seeks a skilled Raiser's Edge Database Administrator to join their organization in Woodland Hills, CA. This vital onsite position ensures the smooth operation and integrity of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, with a strong focus on gift processing, custom reporting, and donor list maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT database for donor management and fundraising operations.
• Accurately process all charitable gifts, pledges, and payments, ensuring timely acknowledgement and correct fund allocation.
• Create, customize, and manage complex reports, queries, exports, and dashboards to support development and organizational goals.
• Maintain donor and constituent records with a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the data needs of fundraising campaigns, events, and mailing efforts, ensuring data is segmented and targeted.
• Collaborate with the development team and leadership to provide data analysis and insight to inform strategy.
• Train staff in Raiser's Edge best practices, ensuring database usage is efficient and effective.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform regular data clean-up, and implement database enhancements.
