Entry-Level Electronics Production / Quick start

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Swing Shift Entry-Level Electronics Production role in Clackamas, OR . Our client is a well-established leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, known for cutting-edge innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality electronic components and systems. Key Responsibilities :

Assemble, inspect, and test electronic components and circuit boards following standard operating procedures.

Operate and monitor production equipment such as soldering stations, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.

Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting specifications.

Follow detailed assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.

Accurately document production data, including part numbers, lot tracking, and test results.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet daily output goals and resolve assembly issues.

Assist in packaging and preparing finished electronics for shipment.

Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or interest in electronics a plus.

No prior electronics experience required- entry-level training provided!

Ability to perform fine motor tasks with precision and handle small components.

Comfortable working with tools such as soldering irons, tweezers, and magnification equipment.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality.

Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs and sit or stand for extended periods.

Willingness to work swing shift hours and overtime as needed.
