Electronics Assembler

Job Description Summary :

The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and disassemble parts and subassemblies, conduct inspections, and perform maintenance and repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble and disassemble parts and subassemblies following schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Conduct thorough inspections to check for defects and ensure assembled products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to maintain production quality
• Utilize a range of hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively to complete assembly tasks
• Position and align components manually or using hoists to facilitate accurate assembly
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare for assembly work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary tools and materials
• Verify specifications by measuring completed components and making adjustments as needed
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance and addressing any malfunctions
• Document production and quality actions by completing necessary forms and reports
