We are hiring passionate, energetic, and dedicated Behavior Technicians who are eager to engage with clients in fun activities, apply proactive behavioral strategies, and provide much-needed support to families. Position: Behavior Technician (Behavior Respite Program)
Compensation & Benefits


Locations: Concord Martinez, and additional openings in Alameda & Contra Costa Counties
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (In-Person)
Salary: $27 - $31 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for travel between clients
Flexible Scheduling: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available!

What Youll Be Doing


Engage Clients in Fun & Meaningful Activities Play games, go for walks, do crafts, or participate in activities that promote positive interactions and structured engagement. less stress on contriving opportunities for learning or targeting skill acquisitions.
Help Prevent Challenging Behaviors Before They Start Learn and apply proactive behavior strategies or antecedent based intervention to keep sessions fun, calm, and productive.
Provide Caregiver Relief & Support Give parents and caregivers a much-needed break, ensuring their loved ones are in safe and caring hands.
Receive Hands-On Training & Support Work directly with BCBAs and Mid-Level Supervisors who will guide and mentor you.
Advance Your Career in ABA Whether you're new to the field or looking to grow, we provide professional development opportunities and pathways to becoming an RBT or BCBA.

Requirements


1+ Year of Experience (Preferred but Not Required!)
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Reliable Transportation & Willingness to Travel Between Client Locations if needed
CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire)
Spanish-Speaking (Preferred, but Not Required)
Ability to Commit to a Minimum of 15-20 Hours per Week
