Key Responsibilities
Collect on delinquent accounts for workers' compensation and other insurance policies
Manage payment commitments and documentation requests from insureds and agents
Provide customer service and explain audit results to clients and agents
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Proficient computer skills are essential for this role
Experience in collections or related field is preferred
Ability to manage accounts outsourced to collection agencies or attorneys
Experience in handling disputes and audit-related issues
