  • The Manager, Surgical Services (RN) will manage the day to day operations for the department, identify recruitment and retention strategies, work closely with the Director to identify growth strategies, and ensure the highest level of patient care and quality is consistently provided
  • Excellent support from a team of Clinical Coordinators, Educator and Nurse Manager
  • Procedures performed include general, orthopedic, urology, bariatrics, ENT, GYN, endoscopy, and robotics
  • Position reports directly to an inspirational and collaborative Director of Surgical Services

Qualifications & Requirements for Manager, Surgical Services (RN)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • RN Active License State of Kentucky
  • CNOR is a plus
  • Minimum two (2) years of surgical services/operating room leadership experience at the Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Coordinator level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
  • Minimum three (3) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
  • Able to build positive and collaborative relationships across all levels
