Data Analyst

We’re seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, optimize strategies, and inform high-level decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Maintain data quality and contribute to data governance best practices.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with statistical analysis or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
